I took this when I got home from a run yesterday. I like to run the trails and I was about 1.75 miles from my house when the thunder picked up. I havnt been running much but the fear of getting fried motivated me to keep a good pace.

I did 3.5 miles in 30 minutes.

damn 3.5 in 30? That’s fast as hell for not running for long. Anytime you’re sub 30 minutes on a 5k you’re doing good.

I had a double rainbow frame my house the other night, was pretty cool

the best 5k i did was about 21 minutes.. I havn’t done 1 this summer. I was averaging last summer 23-24 minutes or 26-27 if I pushed the twins in the jogger.

when I saw the double rainbow all I could think of was that crazy guy freaking out about the drugs triple rainbow
